I have now been living here for about two and half years and I have seen this sort of behavior increase more and more. At this point I won't stay inside the city on Friday or Saturday nights past 7 or 8pm due to some of the things I've seen and other parts of Frankfurt I just won't go into anymore.
And keep in mind I grew up in south Dekalb county in Atlanta Ga. So you could say I *know* Ghetto and have a decent amount of street smarts about me, and still these sort of things and what I've seen and experianced make me more than a bit unconfortable.
There should be a ZERO tolerance for these sort of criminal acts. |
